In this episode I spoke with model, Lily Lightbourn about how someone from the tiny island of Bermuda is working with some of the biggest brands and publications in the world, what it’s like working with a modelling agency, the casting process and what it’s like backstage at a major runway show. We also talked about diversity in the modelling industry and how social media is affecting the industry as a whole.
